It’s completely normal if you experience some changes in your mood but when these shifts of mood become so frequent and rapid then it leads to the disorder named Mood Swings.It is a kind of extreme or rapid changes in the attitude of an individual which can be positive or negative. It can play a positive role in promoting the problem solving plan but when they are so extreme, they can be very disruptive. The mood swings can range from minor daily mood changes to the significant ones. Nowadays every 8 out of 10 persons are suffering from the problem of mood swings.
Hormones play a vital role behind the mood swings disorder as whatever the changes we experience in our routine they are just because of the imbalance of the hormones in the body. The conditions which are tied up with this disorder are depression, improper sleep, autism, low self-esteem, bipolar disorder, lack of concentration, ADHD, stress, menopause, psychological disorders, pregnancy,hormonal imbalance etc
If this disorder left untreated, then it might result into some severe and chronic disorders that affect every region of your life like relationship, career, financial issues and other crucial responsibilities also. Everything related with your mood swings becomes more worst with the passage of time if not get treated at right time. Some risk factors which are also responsible for mood swings are family history of someone having traumatic phase of life, or any other physical illness related with abnormal brain activity.
These treatments might prove good to improve the condition of a person suffering from mood swings but also have some bad impacts on the life of anindividual. These just dominates the causes behind the mood swings and not able to cure the problem from its origin.
